The present General Conditions of sale (t & c) are effective from 15/03/2015
1. General information
General or specific to the buyer (hereinafter "customer") conditions is excluded unless otherwise and express written signed by both parties, in which case the General or specific customer conditions will be deemed derogate from the General conditions which shall remain in effect for the rest.
The Web Site of the library of the high school, identified by its different names (placeauxlivres or librairiedulycee.be, or even lalib.be) is published by the company under Belgian law Place books sprl, registered in the register of the Crossroads Bank for enterprises under no. 0821.033.041 and whose registered office is located in Geleytsbeek 168, 1180 Brussels.
The publication of the Web Site of the library of high school managers are Denis Massion & Olivier Perin.
The Web Site of the bookstore square books sprl is hosted by the company OVH2 rue Kellermann - 59100 Roubaix - France

2. application of these general conditions of sale
2.1 the present General Conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") are entered into between on the one hand, the bookstore square books and secondly, any physical or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the Site of the bookstore square books (hereinafter the "Site"), hereinafter referred to as 'the customer '.

5 opening a client account

6.5. the VAT rate on the paper is 6%. The rate of VAT on CD, DVD, accessories is 21%. The rate of VAT on the sandwiches and beverages is 6%. The rate of VAT on supplies and stationery is 21%.
7.1. the Client that performs the command is recognized as the sole responsibility of it and of its payment, even if the command is carried out to a third party.
7.2 for the items in inventory, the bookstore square books controls the actual stock in store and then sends a confirmation email to the customer.
For Articles that are not in stock, the usual lead time is indicated on the of the Article concerned. Bookstore square books will send the customer an e-mail upon receipt of the item ordered.

8 guarantees and responsibility from the bookstore square books
